We're passionate about providing you the best in local produce, exclusively stocking Dorset meat and are proud to offer friendly service and expert advice to all our customers.
Our beef comes from our very own Aberdeen Angus herd at our farm, Chilbridge Farm, and is dry-aged using pink Himalayan salt for a touch of luxury. We have been farming at Chilbridge Farm on the Kingston Lacy Estate for many generations and are celebrating 150 years in 2020.
Our pork and lamb are hand reared at Crib House Farm, a family run farm in Sturminster Newton who pride themselves on their high animal welfare standards.
Our free-range chicken is from award winning Piddle Valley Chicken, where they grow slowly on a natural diet of corn, grass & clover giving them traditional flavour and succulent meat.
