BEEF

Our Aberdeen Angus Beef comes from our very own herd at Chilbridge Farm and our Red Devon Beef from The Kingston Lacy Estate. We pride ourselves in traditional methods and in doing so produce some of the very best beef in the county. We dry age our beef for a minimum of 28 days, adding flavour and tenderness. You can actually see the ageing process in our butchery and if you would like any cuts aged further, to meet your required taste, just ask one of our highly trained Butchers.
